Refund Policy

Refund eligibility

Refunds apply to prepaid advisory packages when cancellation meets the timeframes below. Website browsing and free content are not paid services and therefore not refundable.

Timeframe

For multi-session packages (Interview Circuit, Offer Room), you may cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the first scheduled session, provided no session materials unique to your case have already been delivered.

Full or partial refund conditions

• Full refund: cancellation at least 7 days before the first session, or if Logicindex Hub cancels a package and cannot offer a reasonable reschedule.
• Partial refund: if you cancel after one or more sessions have occurred, we refund the unused session fees minus a €45 administration fee.
• No refund: no-shows without 24-hour notice, or completion of all scheduled sessions.

Non-refundable items

Custom employer research briefs already delivered, third-party assessment fees paid on your behalf, and completed single Briefing Desk sessions are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email hello@logicindex-hub.digital with your full name, package name, purchase date, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–14 business days after confirmation. Bank processing times may add several days.

Cancellation of individual sessions

You may reschedule a session once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Later changes may forfeit that session credit.

Exceptions

If illness or documented emergency prevents attendance, we may offer a courtesy reschedule outside the standard window at our discretion. Statutory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected where they apply.
